As of July 9th, 2009 there are 9 single family homes listed for sale in Woodland Creek, Olathe Kansas 66062. The current asking or ‘list’ prices range from $179,900 to $250,000. The high asking price dropped $4,900 from my last report.

How fast are the homes selling and how much are Woodland Creek homes selling for?

Since the March 1st 2009, 10 homes have sold and closed. This is reflective of the economic stimulus package for housing with the $8,000 Tax credit, spring time or seasonal time frames for a lot of movers. Since 03/01/2009 the homes in Woodland Creek Olathe KS have sold in the range of $172,500 to $253,500.

How much is my Woodland Creek home worth?

The trend is picking up as far as sales volume. Credit is getting slighly easier to obtain although it will not return, at least anytime soon, to the easy credit access of 2003-2005. Those days are long gone.
